In his leadership role Steven also holds a fundamental role in the firm’s internship program and development of new and experienced staff and actively mentors and trains junior staff, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence. Steven is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and driving operational excellence within the firm.
